There are several food diets to choose from nowadays, but the ketogenic diet is the most popular. It has been developed by combining a protein-rich diet, with a high fat intake (about 55-60 percent of calories), and a very low carbohydrate intake (around 20-50 grams per day).

If you are incorporating a keto diet like many others, it might make your meal planning difficult. In this case, you can try out the following keto diet recipes to have something delicious while maintaining your health properly.

Keto Corned Beef and Cabbage

To prepare this delicious dish, you will need corned beef, quartered onions, celery stalks that are quartered crosswise, pickling spices, kosher salt, black pepper, green cabbage that is cut into 2″ wedges, peeled carrots which are cut into 2″ pieces, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, brine roughly chopped capers, and parsley.

First, take a large pot and place corned beef, celery, onion, and pickling spices into it. Add enough water and season with pepper and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cover. Simmer until it is very tender. It might take 3 hours.

In the meantime, mix apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard with pepper and salt in a small bowl. Mix mayonnaise, caper brine, capers, and parsley together in another bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the carrots and cabbage and keep simmering for another 45 minutes to an hour, or until the cabbage is soft. Now, take out cabbage, meat, and carrots from the pot. Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken

You will need thick-cut bacon, boneless skinless chicken breasts, Kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, ranch seasoning, shredded mozzarella and

Take a large skillet and put it on over medium heat to cook bacon. Flip once and transfer it to a paper towel-lined plate when it’s crispy, which should take 8 minutes roughly. Put aside 2 tablespoons of bacon fat and drain the rest from your skillet.

Thinly sliced sirloin steaks, portobello mushrooms with no cracks, kosher salt, cooking spray, black pepper to taste, diced onion, diced green pepper, light sour cream, light mayonnaise, softened light cream cheese, shredded mild provolone cheese, and cheese of your choice.

First, preheat your oven to 400F. Now, take a baking sheet and spray it with oil. Then gently remove the stems and scoop out the gills. Spray the mushrooms’ tops with oil and season with fresh pepper and salt.

Season steak using pepper and salt on both sides. Take a large skillet and spray it with cooking spray. Keep the heat on high. When the pan gets very hot, add the steak to cook for 1 to 1.5 minutes on each side, to cook through evenly.

Transfer it to a cutting board to slice it thinly. Now, reduce the heat to medium-low and spray with more oil. Saute peppers and onions for 5 to 6 minutes to make them soft. Take a medium bowl and mix all the ingredients. Transfer the mix to the mushroom caps. Bake for about 20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted. And your meal is ready.

To prepare this simple yet tasty dish, you will need halved lengthwise and sliced large cucumbers, ripened tomatoes that are cut into wedges, deseeded and sliced green pepper (capsicum), thinly sliced red onion, cubed creamy feta cheese, pitted Kalamata olives, and diced avocado for the salad.

For the dressing, the ingredients you may need are olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, and salt.

First, take a jug or jar and whisk together the dressing ingredients in it. Combine the salad ingredients into a large bowl. Toss it around after pouring the dressing. You may use extra salt for seasoning if needed. Sprinkle over extra oregano and serve. You can enjoy it with fish, lamb, chicken, beef, or anything and it will still taste delicious.

Garlicky Shrimp Zucchini Pasta

To make this mouthwatering meal, you will need separated butter, peeled and deveined medium or large shrimp, Kosher salt, minced cloves of garlic, freshly ground black pepper, heavy cream, grated parmesan, halved cherry tomatoes, freshly chopped parsley, and spiralized large zucchini, or about 4 cups zoodles.

Take a large skillet and keep it over medium heat. First, melt butter, and then add shrimp. Season with pepper and salt. Cook for 2 minutes on each side, until your shrimp, is opaque and pink. Transfer it to a plate. Keep the remaining juices in the skillet.

Melt butter again in the skillet and stir in garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then take the heavy cream to whisk in. Bring to a simmer and stir in tomatoes, parmesan, and parsley. Simmer for about 3 minutes until the mixture has thickened slightly and the tomatoes have softened. Add zucchini noodles after returning the shrimp to the skillet. Toss to mix well and serve immediately to enjoy.
