Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  1. Get all of the ingredients together.

  2. Brew the green tea in the water for around 5 minutes.

  3. Mix the honey and vanilla essence with the milk.

  4. Remove the tea bag from the water and place all ingredients, including the tea (less bag) in the blender.
