Steamed salmon in white wine. A touch of dill too. A wonderfully healthy recipe and great for lunch or dinner. 10 minutes cooking and you're done. Yum! | theyumyumclub.com
Firstly, get your steamer going and put the water on to boil.
For the salmon, first, lay a piece of kitchen foil on your work surface that is around 4 time the size of the salmon. Lay the salmon on top.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon. Don't worry if it spread a little over the foil.
Now, drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon and lay the dill on the top.
Finally, pour the wine over the salmon and season with sea salt and ground black pepper.
Now, fold the kitchen foil over the salmon lengthways.
Then, seal the ends such that you have a parcel with the fish inside.
Now, place the salmon in the steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, open the parcel to show the fish. Remember, this will be hot so be careful not to burn yourself with the steam.
You can now serve this wonderful steamed salmon. I squeezed a little more lemon over it and had a good helping of watercress. Yum!
