Ricotta, Prosciutto & Fig Crostini. Add a drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of sea salt and you have an Italian classic. Perfect with a glass of Rose. Yum!
Gather the ingredients together.
Slice the figs and remove the fat from the prosciutto.
Toast the sour bread slices on both sides.
Spoon ricotta onto the toasted sourdough bread.
Place a slice of prosciutto on top of the ricotta.
Now add two slices of fig.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with sea salt.
