  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1.25 cups ricotta Metric 300 grams
  • 8 slices sour dough bread
  • 4 figs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Sea salt

  2. Slice the figs and remove the fat from the prosciutto.

  3. Toast the sour bread slices on both sides.
