Alfredo Fettuccine

Alfredo Fettuccine. This is a delicious Italian dish, that suitable for both lunch and dinner. Try to cook and be sure, you will enjoy it.

  • 1/2 lb Fettuccine Pasta
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 Cup Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Black pepper
  • tp taste Fresh basil


  1. In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling.Add salt to season the water. Once boiling, add fettuccine and cookaccording to package instructions.

  2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlicand cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream.

  3. Let heavy cream reduce, cook for about 5 minutes. Add half of theparmesan cheese to the mixture and whisk well until smooth. Keep over heat andwhisk well until cheese is melted.

  4. Save some pasta water if you want to thin out the sauce.

  5. Toss alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta and add half ofthe parmesan cheese. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesancheese.

  6. Sprinkle with black pepper and fresh basil. Serve andenjoy!
