Place clams in water with salt for at least 30 minutes for them to open up.
Cut onion and garlic in small cubes.
Prepare pasta according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a deep pot.
Add garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant and soft (around 10 minutes).
Add white wine.
Add clams. Cook covered for 7 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine. Adjust salt and pepper.
Serve with olive oil and fresh parsley.
