First, get all of the ingredients together.
Next, cook the bulghar as per the packet instructions. This will usually mean boiling for around 15 minutes. Make sure the moisture is pressed out of the wheat before adding to the minced lamb.
Put the lamb mince, spices and wheat into a mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix all ingredients together.
Now, split the lamb mince mixture into 4 even pieces. Use scales if you wish. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten down to a pattie, or burger.
Next, season each side of the burger and brush with oil. Finally, fry or bbq for 5 minutes each side or until cooked all the way through.
Serve each burger in a brioche bun and garnish with sliced tomato and red onion. Add some homemade tzatziki to finish off. Yum!
