  • 600 ml almond milk
  • 300 grams frozen cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  1. First, gather all of the ingredients together.

  2. Now, take half of the almond milk and pour the chia seeds into the milk. These will need to soak for 10 minutes so the chia seeds absorb some of the milk.
