Ingredients

  • 2 ripe passion fruit
  • 60 ml vanilla vodka
  • 30 ml passoa
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • Prosecco, to serve
  • Ice
  • Green olives for garnish and to serve

  1. Gather your utensils and ingredients together

  2. Cut open on of the passion fruit and scoop out all of the seeds into the cocktail shaker

  3. Next, add the vanilla vodka, the possoa, lime juice, sugar syrup and ice to the cocktail shaker.

  4. Shake the cocktail until all ingredients have mixed together and become ice cold.

  5. Pour the cocktail evenly and through a strainer into your cocktail glasses.
