Grill the bacon until crispy and place at the bottom of the over to keep warm.
Toast one side of all slices of the bread.
On the untoasted side of 2 slices of bread lay3 rashers of bacon each. On the other 2 slices of bread spread one dessert spoon of cranberry jam on each.
Lay the brie over the bacon and pop bag under the grill to melt.
