7. Season to taste with a quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
8. Taste and season with salt if necessary.
9. In the broth, grate ground nutmeg, a pinch.
10. Combine everything thoroughly.

11.Cook a clear soup over medium to low heat, covered until the vegetables are almost finished. It’s good to have a bit of crunch in your vegetables. So be careful not to overcook the vegetables, or they will become mushy.
If you’re using potatoes, mushrooms, or cauliflower, you’ll need to cook them until they’re tender. So essentially, it relies on the vegetables you use in these simple soup recipes.
TIPS: Cook the vegetables that take the longest to cooks first (green beans, carrots, cauliflower) for a few minutes. Then attach the veggies that cook quicker (like zucchini, broccoli, and bell peppers), then begin to simmer.

5. Combine it thoroughly.
6. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat.
7. Add the Moong Bean Sprouts Stir in 13 cup moong sprouts thoroughly. 2 minutes of sautéing
Season With Pepper And Salt And Cover With Water.
8. Pour 3 cups of water into the pot.
9. Pour in 2 tbsp soy sauce. If you like, you can add more.
10. Season with salt as needed.
11. Season with 12 teaspoons of ground black pepper, or to taste.

12. Give it a good stir. Cover with a lid and cook the broth for 9 to 10 minutes on low, medium heat.
If you’d like to add tofu to the soup after it’s finished cooking, do so after cooking and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
