Spaghetti Vongole

Spaghetti Vongole in simple words means an Italian dish for spaghetti with clams. Traditionally, the bivalves are cooked quickly in hot olive oil to which lots of garlic has been added.

So with this recipe, you can cook this hearty and tasty soup like the true connoisseur of beauty food.

  1. Cook clams

Place clams in water with salt for at least 30 minutes for them to open up.

  1. Fry the onion and garlic

Cut onion and garlic into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a deep pot. Add garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant and soft (around 10 minutes).

  1. Finish the clams

Add white wine. Add clams. Cook covered for 7 minutes.

  1. Cook spaghetti

Prepare pasta

Prepare pasta according to package instructions.

  1. Mix and serve it

Serve with olive oil and fresh parsley.
