It’s smoothie time again guys and girls and I’ve gone blue this time. Beautiful blueberry and white grape smoothie. Ultra-low calorie at only 193 per cup. Zero cholesterol too. Not bad, right? What’s more, you only need 4 ingredients. Blueberries, whites grapes, banana, and almond milk. Yum!
Another plug and play smoothie. Another really healthy and tasty start to the day…
1. Get the ingredients together
As mentioned above, only 4 ingredients for this beautiful blueberry and white grape smoothie. Just 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup of white grapes, 1/2 a banana and 1/2 cup of almond milk. That’s it.
Remember though, these ingredients make on 1 smoothie. Just scale up the ingredients if you are making more than one.
2. Blend and blitz
Use a food processor if you have one. If not a stick blender will do. Either way, the result will be the same.
And that’s it. This is a very quick and healthy smoothie. A great start to the day.

- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup white seedless grapes
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Gather all of the ingredients together.
Now, put all of the ingredients into the blender, leaving the almond milk until last.
Finally, and simply, blitz until smooth and enjoy! Yum!!
