Fancy a smoothie? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Smoothie Central here! And, today it’s an ultra-low calorie beauty. Watermelon and pineapple smoothie! So tasty and just 4 ingredients! Watermelon, pineapple, Greek yoghurt, and ice. 1% fat and less than 198 calories! How good is that! Yum!
This is a really healthy and tasty start to the day. Not heavy and quick to make. In computer speak it’s almost a plug and play smoothie. Ingredients, make, drink and crack on with the day…
1. Get the ingredients together
As mentioned above, only 4 ingredients for this watermelon and pineapple smoothie. And, at for at least half, you could say the clues int he name. Just 1 cup of frozen watermelon, 1 cup of pineapple, 100 grams of zero fat Greek yoghurt and some ice. That’s it.
As a side note, I mention frozen watermelon and fresh pineapple but, in truth, it can be either. Frozen or fresh for either. It doesn’t really matter.
2. Blend and blitz
Use a food processor if you have one. If not a stick blender will be fine. The result will be the same.
And that’s it. This is a very quick and healthy smoothie. A fantastic start to the day.

- 1 cup frozen watermelon balls
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of zero fat Greek yogurt
- Ice, optional
First, gather all of the ingredients together.
Place all ingredients in the blender. Add a little ice if you like.
Blitz, pour and enjoy. Yum!
