Hey there my fine foodie friends! This is a series of short posts for healthy smoothies. The list of smoothies will grow over time but the theme is detox! You can mix and match and make week long detox smoothie plan as you taste dictates. How flexible is that!

I have tried an tested all of these and I think are delicious!! Believe me, only the best I devise get posted. I hope to be able to add 3-4 a week so just keep popping back and see what’s new… Enjoy! ????
